Paul and Periann's combined seventeen years of real estate experience began in 1996. Prior to entering real estate, Paul's eight years as Vice President of a $15 million software publishing and distribution company demanded that he wear many, many occupational "hats", and Periann was the Operations Coordinator for a local photofinishing company for six years where she juggled multiple responsibilities while overseeing 6 lab/studio locations. In January 2001, after four years as Paul's part-time REALTOR® partner in addition to her full-time management position with a local computer training company, Periann entered real estate full-time. While maintaining an active role in real estate, Paul is currently Vice President of Business Development for The American Education Corporation.
