Knox Inspection Services, Inc. was formed in 1983 to serve the Relocation Industry. From that beginning we began to receive requests for our Inspection Services from families that were under contract to purchase a home. We employ Licensed Professional Engineers and Licensed Technical inspectors, (when applicable). At the preparation of this information book, our individual Inspectors are members of one or more of the following organizations; The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), The Oklahoma Residential and Commercial Inspectors Association (ORCIA), The Environmental Assessment Association (EAA), Registration with the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA), and our Inspectors are Certified through Covenant Home Warranty Corporation. The Engineers on staff are Licensed in the State of Oklahoma and some other states. Our permanent staff also includes Inspectors registered in the State of Arkansas.
